燃氣過濾器廣泛用于冶金、化工、石油、造紙、醫(yī)藥、食品、采礦、電力、城市、家庭等用氣領(lǐng)域。燃氣過濾器是輸送介質(zhì)管道上不可缺少的一種裝置，通常安裝在減壓閥、泄壓閥、流量計、定位閥或其它設(shè)備的進口端，用來消除介質(zhì)中的雜質(zhì)，以保護閥門及設(shè)備的正常使用，減少設(shè)備維護費用。當(dāng)流體進入置有濾芯的過濾器后，其雜質(zhì)被濾芯阻擋，而清潔的濾氣則由過濾器出口排出，當(dāng)需要清洗時，只要把濾筒拆開，將濾芯取出，清洗后重新裝入即可，因此，燃氣過濾器使用維護方便。

Gas filter is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, papermaking, medicine, food, mining, electric power, city, home and other gas fields. The gas filter is an indispensable device on the medium pipeline. It is usually installed at the inlet end of the pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, flowmeter, positioning valve or other equipment to eliminate the impurities in the medium, protect the normal use of the valve and equipment, and reduce the maintenance cost of the equipment. When the fluid enters the filter with a filter element, its impurities are blocked by the filter element, and the clean filter gas is discharged from the outlet of the filter. When cleaning is needed, just disassemble the filter cartridge, take out the filter element, and then install it again after cleaning. Therefore, the use and maintenance of the gas filter is convenient.

1. 1、燃氣過濾器通常應(yīng)安裝在調(diào)壓器之前，且必須根據(jù)其上標(biāo)明的氣體流動方向安裝；
2. 2、燃氣過濾器是由可洗的合成材料組成，安裝過濾器要注意蓋子能夠方便地打開，便于清潔和檢查； 
3. 3、燃氣過濾器可以安裝在水平和垂直的管道上，不要把過濾器安裝在不穩(wěn)固的基礎(chǔ)上； 
4. 4、在檢修之前，請您務(wù)必確認燃氣過濾器內(nèi)沒有燃氣之后，將過濾網(wǎng)卸下，用相應(yīng)的洗滌劑清洗，然后自然風(fēng)干，再重新安裝。
5. 5、安裝完畢后，必須做密封性檢驗�！⊥鈺r，瞬間氣量不宜過大。

2. The gas filter is composed of washable synthetic materials. When installing the filter, the cover should be opened easily to facilitate cleaning and inspection.
3. The gas filter can be installed on the horizontal and vertical pipeline, do not install the filter on the unstable foundation
4. Before maintenance, please make sure that there is no gas in the gas filter. After that, remove the filter screen, clean it with corresponding detergent, then dry it naturally, and then re install it.
5. After installation, the sealing test must be done. During ventilation, the instantaneous air volume should not be too large.

1.日常維護、保養(yǎng)
a、經(jīng)常保持設(shè)各表面清潔。
b、設(shè)備停車時，應(yīng)及時按規(guī)定對快開盲板 (法蘭蓋)的各個轉(zhuǎn)動進行潤滑，開閉部位的絲杠，應(yīng)涂潤滑油脂. 其它部位也盡量涂潤滑油脂. 對于無法涂潤滑油脂的部位，可注 10#或20#機油。
2. 運行時的維護、保養(yǎng)
a、建議由操作者負責(zé)設(shè)備平時的維護保養(yǎng).
b、經(jīng)常保持設(shè)備表面清潔。
c、隨時監(jiān)測差壓計讀數(shù)，當(dāng)使用壓差達到0.O2Mpa時，
應(yīng)沖洗濾芯。
3. 檢驗周期
1) 本設(shè)備的定期檢驗必須嚴(yán)格按照“容規(guī)”第六章的有關(guān)規(guī)定進行。
2) 每年至少對本設(shè)備進行一次全面檢驗、設(shè)備壁厚的測雖，每兩年對設(shè)備的承壓焊縫進行無損檢測。所有的檢驗、檢測結(jié)果，應(yīng)記入設(shè)備的技術(shù)擋案。
3) 設(shè)備內(nèi)部有壓力時. 不得進行任何維修。對于特殊情況下的維修. 必須嚴(yán)格遵守“容規(guī)”第 122條的規(guī)定進行。
4. 長期停放時的維修保養(yǎng)
1) 本設(shè)備長期停放時. 應(yīng)將設(shè)備內(nèi)液體排凈。
2) 關(guān)閉所有閥門。
3) 將設(shè)備表面徹底清理干凈。
4) 所有轉(zhuǎn)動部位涂防油脂。
5) 用帆布將設(shè)備全部蓋上，防止塵垢沉積在設(shè)備表面。

過濾器選型需提供的參數(shù)：過濾介質(zhì)、****使用壓力與口徑。

1. Daily maintenance

b. When the equipment is shut down, each rotation of the quick opening blind plate (flange cover) shall be lubricated in time according to the regulations. The lead screw at the opening and closing parts shall be coated with lubricating grease. Other parts shall also be coated with lubricating grease as far as possible. For parts that cannot be coated with lubricating grease, 10 # or 20 # oil can be injected.
2. Maintenance during operation
a. It is suggested that the operator should be responsible for the normal maintenance of the equipment
b. Always keep the surface of equipment clean.
c. Monitor the reading of the differential pressure gauge at any time. When the differential pressure reaches 0.o2mpa,
The filter element should be flushed.
3. Inspection cycle
1) The regular inspection of the equipment must be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of Chapter VI of the "capacity regulation".
2) Carry out comprehensive inspection and wall thickness measurement for the equipment at least once a year, and carry out non-destructive testing for pressure bearing welds of the equipment every two years. All inspection and test results shall be recorded in the technical file of the equipment.
3) No maintenance is allowed when there is pressure inside the equipment. For the maintenance under special circumstances, it is necessary to strictly comply with the provisions of Article 122 of the "capacity regulation".
4. Long term maintenance
1) When the equipment is parked for a long time, the liquid in the equipment should be drained.
2) Close all valves.
3) Clean the surface of the equipment thoroughly.
4) Apply anti grease to all rotating parts.
5) Cover the equipment with canvas to prevent dust from depositing on the surface of the equipment.
